LET’S CELEBRATE! 35 YAERS ISABELLA HUND GALLERY

Simple and clear, timeless and unadorned – that was my vision when I thought about having my own gallery 35 years ago. I wanted to showcase contemporary jewelry in a minimalist spatial concept, to inspire and perhaps even provoke. And I always wanted to create jewelry in my own workshop. I never would have thought that so many artists, customers, friends, and companions would appreciate this idea and my gallery as much as I do. I am grateful for every encounter in these spaces, whose walls could tell so many stories. Stories of exhibitions with outstanding designers. Stories of the energy emanating from the jewelry and the architecture. And stories of people who were looking for a ring or a necklace – and who have become friends over the years.

As an artist, gallery owner, but above all, as a person, I have remained a seeker throughout this long journey. The inspiration and joy that contemporary jewelry brings me are one of the great constants in my life. That is why I look back with gratitude – but above all, with anticipation for the stories that we will continue to write together in these spaces, in the future. – Isabella Hund
